Vibration belts: Effective?

    Does anyone use those vibration belts for assistance on ab work? I have these damn, stubborn love-handles that just won't go away and I thought those might help. Thoughts?

    You want to rip the fat off, select one of the following, or a combination: jump rope, run, bike, or some other high intensity cardio.
