I alternate between lifting and cardio 6 to 7 days per week (4 to 3 ratio) for about 75 mins per section.....while i have lost or trimed my mid-section to some degree, i still can't get rid of the 'fat' around my waist - at least i think its fat! Any tips on how to make it go away.... tnx! ;-)

Cut the exercise where you contract you arm muscles and open the refrigerator door

Well, there goes my hopes for no love-handles. The culture I'm living in thrives on RICE and NOODLES. And how can one live without bread? ;-) GAWD, I love bread.

Fine... decided. Cutting out the vanity. icon_biggrin.gif

if you are not lactose intolerant, cutting out dairy, especially skim milk, is excessive, since calcium has been proven to speed weight loss.
