Man o man. I am impressed and this really made me feel good about keeping fit and what this "stud" did pales in comparison to what I do. He is a real inspiration!!

Truly an amazing accomplishment. Yeah, this guy and his trainer are "roommates". It's sooo clear that this guy is no longer a virgin and his trainer helped with that also.

ok, that was too easy.
not necessarily saying anything, but, I wonder if at least his trainer is on our team...

nevertheless, quite an amazing accomplishment.
i hope he stays fit and can stay happy.
Wow. Wow.

Are you sure you have the directionality of that correct? What he did pales in comparison to what you do--are you sure it's not the other way around. Losing 410 pounds in just over 2 years doesn't seem like it should pale in comparison to just about anything...

Thanks for this Johnny. When I saw the story on GMA, I was blown away!! and I posted this to OnTheWay's thread about what happens when you lose weight naturally and it isnt good.

Wooooow, now suddenly my own path of loosing the extra weight I'm looking forward to lose seems like a walking a few streets compared to running a marathon. Talk about inspiring, did you see the man emanating confidence in the video?

Thanks for the link, mystic_man.

I don't know what to call it but amazing and I am proud of him and any of you who work hard to gain control of your lives and health, I know for me I have my issues. I am glad that I do have the will power to resist things...I do like a treat every now and then.
