HELP! Next week holidays need to loose weight!

    I am going to beach holidays next week and need to loose as much as possible.
    I do sport every day, today I will make 2000 kj on the crosstrainer and tomorrow I will go to the gym regulary workout but my little belly is still there...

    Any tipps that will help the last days to look good and is healthy and good for the body?

    You should have thought about losing weight 16 weeks ago.

    About 2 pounds per week is the very best a skilled dieter can do. An unskilled dieter is lucky to do 1/2 pound per week.

    You can drop 10 pounds of water in a sauna or with a diuretic.

    Those are your options. Changes in your body take weeks, months, and years. Fat asses don't get that way overnight, or in a week, but, through years of bad behavior.

    1 week isn't enough time to lose any meaningful weight. DOH!!!

    Do what i do, Eat as much of EVERYTHING as you can. It works for me! The more i eat, the less weight i gain... go figure icon_razz.gif

    (and in all seriousness, yea um 'next week' ? cmon buddy you can't change your body weight that quickly [that is any weight that will be REAL weight loss ... note diuretic/sauna post above] and especially not in any way that may be remotely healthy... next time plan MONTHS ahead, not a week!)

    Keep track of everything you eat and how many calories you burn on a daily basis. My goal is to lose two pounds per week, so my daily allotment is about 1,600 calories and try my best not go over on a daily basis.

    I don't expact 10 pounds in 5 days!
    Just 4 punds would be fine!

    2 pounds after going to the toilet and the next 2 pounds after going to the sauna!icon_wink.gif

    Does nobody have a little trick to loose fast and healthy, I try some tea to loose water...
