I am going to beach holidays next week and need to loose as much as possible.
I do sport every day, today I will make 2000 kj on the crosstrainer and tomorrow I will go to the gym regulary workout but my little belly is still there...
Any tipps that will help the last days to look good and is healthy and good for the body?
