Interresting question!

I'm ex-pro: three-time Olympic coach who trained with the guys and competed at a lower level. After about 5 years away from it for mental health, I'm back at it, following a training plan - all that good stuff (and feeling more alive than I have for five years!)

Sort: cross-country skiing

Goals: be in good enough condition to race this year and get back into in my age group. being in good condition means being able to go out and pound it. Next year, the goal will be to improve times - but I can't plan that until I do some racing this year and analyze where I need to concentrate in order to improve.
