I'm pretty sure this has been a topic before, but just need some advice. I am 27 weigh about 190 - 195 (scale i think is 10 or so pounds off) 6'2. Trying to get back into working out and making my body look and feel better. I have a pain in my knee so running's out, but i have recently hiked 14 miles in one day. My question is what can i do to work on my body with only 2 five pound dumbbells and myself. Very broke and can't afford to get a gym membership or afford to go buy anything to help. I do eat right, that's how I've been able to control my weight. I just haven't been doing much of any kind of exercise and I want to get rid of this belly and maybe later gain more upper body strength (legs are my strongest part of my body). Thanks for the help.
