I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself. A few years back I started doing cardio and ended up loosing 72 pounds. Unfortunately, I didn't really know what I was doing and never lifted weights. I have recently started weight training on a regular basis and like the results; however, I still enjoy jogging on a regular basis. I watch what I eat (most of the time ) and generally avoid sugary foods. I find the sugar has an effect on my ability to memorize music in preparation for performance.
