This Saturday, after nearly two months of being off the program, I will be returning to Weight Watchers. I am wondering if anyone here has ever been on WW. What did you think of it? Were you successful? Core or Flex?

    Chaser,

Me and my husband have been going to WW since January. We've both been at our goals for 5 months now. We found that the flex points worked for us when we were taking off the weight, but the core is pretty good for maintaining.
Remember, you can try flex points for a while, then if you hit a plateau (and who doesn't), try core for a week. It seems to have helped a few people in our meetings.
Since I'm now lifetime, I only go to the meetings every other week, and I think they are useful. I love our group leader, she's a hoot!

Weight Watchers is terrific! I haven't done it, but two of my best friends have and are consequently in absolutely terrific shape. Good for you Chaser, go get 'em!

Perhaps you'll find positivity there, AND, you yourself will become more so, and take control, and proceed towards your personal and career goals, in a positive and informed manner.

And, I'll say it one more time. It's time for you to take control of those digits, and to say "I will not eat myself to death." It's really THAT simple. You can wrap it in bullshit all day long, if you want, but, the bottom line is that your brain runs your digits. When your brain takes control of your digits, you'll make progress.

We all have our baggage. I hope that, for your sake, you'll enter whatever program and stop the bullshit and execute a plan for success.

To be honest, the bottom line is to keep bad food out of your mouth, to exercise, get positive, and to learn what it is to feel good. YOU HAVE TO LET A PLAN WORK. It you keep defeating them, you'll continue to fail.
