Alright, so the hype of diets fads and workouts are out there.

Simply, I'm about to start up my new workout/diet plan to get lean and not lose much mass.

Anyone with tips and suggestions to guide me? Recepies? Protien? Supps? What do you think works for my body type?

    Thanks... -Steve

My suggestion is that you forget about the timeline and simply work at it. Attaching an unreasonable caveat to working out is setting yourself up for failure. Besides, you look fine right now anyway. Dazzle them with your confidence and play to your already existing positive attributes!

Well you seem to be in good shape, but if you do insist on doing something, then just follow Pianist's tips

    He's absolutely correct.

I can only add that making sure to eat plenty of fruits and veggies is what got me to lose 35 pounds of fat and develop a lean musculature. Don't rely on supplements (aside from a daily multi, fish oil, etc.) to get you there, either.
