    Hey RJ crew .

I was watching the Show “Millionaire Matchmaker” on Bravo and there was this basketball baller, who was flirting with this girl totally leading her on. In the end he dumped the girl and said that it wasn’t a match. He said sexual things like. If I win this game you’ll have to come clean my house with a french maid outfit on. It reminded me of some bullshit that some younger guys have pulled on me in the past. Now I’m not the type to bring sexually peppered lingo in a conversation, unless it was provoked. A lot of times some guys will say it get a rise out of you. I find that very foul and I think enough is enough.

Flirting on the other hand may seem like the same thing but I think it’s different. It’s about making someone feel good than about leading someone on.

    Here are a few Examples

Flirt: You have a very nice smile.

Tease: I wonder if you can handle a guy like me?

    Flirt: : - )

    Tease ;-)

Flirt I like that shirt on you.

Tease: I would like to see that shirt on my bedroom floor.

Flirt I would like to hangout with you sometime.

    Tease: You wanna hook-up?

    Feel free to share experiences.

I do both to some degree, although with older guys I kinda take advantage and tend to tease more; free drinks anyone?

To be honest I think my "flirting", when genuinely interested in someone else tends to be more a combination of the two, although I've never said anything as tacky and as blatant as the shirt on the bedroom floor line.

The only times I've flirted was to meet, and possibly interest, a guy who already attracted me. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes I was left holding my proverbial dick in my hand.

I have never, nor would ever, flirt for the sport of it. Yet I know this happens, most notoriously with female "cock teasers" (CTs). I have no use for that kind of deceit & vanity, neither as a recipient nor as a practitioner.

To OP: what you mean by "tease" is an aggressive style of flirting, i.e. taking control and being cocky. Men doing this to women often works because many women are drawn to arrogant, "dirty" males.

On the other hand, "flirting" is not limited to flattery. Straight-on flattery works sometimes but it's rather unsophisticated and weak.

I've been called a cock tease on more than one occasion, and a flirt, and a regular ol tease.

Depends on what your in the mood for and the guy who's asking! Sometimes sex w/out a commitment wrks and the tease is prerequisite to a hot encounter and then you might want to have someone flirt w/ you w/out the connotations of sex
