So I'm sliding out of my 20s and I'm happy to see how many active people 30 and up are around here.

What kinds of things should I do to prepare for imminent body changes? What have you guys found that's helped in diet, supplement and behavior?

I'm actually happy about the changes my body's been going through lately. I've always been super skinny and it's not as hard to stay at a more normal weight. Plus, parts of my body have been filling in in ways that make me happy. It does seem like recovery in general is slower though.
