    Right. And I once saw an ad for a dildo device equipped with a meter, that could record pressure. The idea was to provide feedback for a woman to build her vaginal muscles. About the same size as a man could take, I would think it should work the same way.

    It helps you to learn which muscles to use, and how to control them, to produce the maximum squeeze as you wish selectively. And gauge your strength improvement over time.

    Yep. And in lieu of the dildo pressure gauge device I mentioned above, assuming it's still available, I suppose one could use a cooperative and patient top.

    I had problems with my colon once. My proctologist had a test scheduled to see how powerful my rectal muscled were.

    There are two rectal muscles: Internal muscle sphincter and External Muscle Sphincter.

    We can only control the external muscle.

    I'm not sure how to increase the strength of the muscles though. She did an EMG on my rectal muscles.

    Normal Rectal strength is 10-12 Hz.
