Hey guys. I am going to be headed to the sunny beaches of Cancun next Spring (March) and am wanting to prepare myself to have a "beach ready body". I'm not looking to be a bodybuilder but I would like to have enough definition and tone to turn heads. If anyone can give me an idea of what muscle groups to try to work that will make the most impact or if anyone has a good workout plan (weights or weight free) that would help it would be great. Any ideas for what I need to do to get the best results will be great. Thanks.
