Extreme hunger suddenly at times..I'm being a healthier eater.

    Anyway I just started eating completely clean. This means only chicken,turkey,tuna,salmon,lean beef,eggs etc. Then for carbs brown rice and veggies basically. For fats thats where I am struggling I feel to get enough. I take fish oil supplements but I notice my fat is almost always lagging way behind.

    So what are some good fat foods I can eat?

    Also I noticed yesterday if I wasn't eating every 2-3 hours my stomach would become in alot of pain like I was really hungry. Infact I got woken up from it this morning even though I took casein protein and fat before bed.

    Currently I am 183 pounds and 5'11". My goal is to add some more lean muscle mass while losing some fat. I am currently set up to take in 2700calories but the way its going now I might add 100 or 200 more.

    Nuts

    Almonds especially are a good protein source and a source of 'good' fats.
