Get physiotherapy and/or see a doctor. You may have something as simple as a bunch of muscle and fascial that can be broken up and set in a better pattern. Even if that's the case, there is nothing that you can do on your own to fix it. You should also take a hot soak in salty water after any strenuous activity (epsom salt in a bath helps to heal micro-tears in tissue).

Find a high quality Massage Therapist that specializes in Sports Injury Treatment, a Physiotherapist, Physical Therapist and/or a Doctor.

(I swear, I've never met so many gay men that didn't want to see a Massage Therapist or take care of their bodies with a simple bath.)

I second this advice.. when you tore your hamstring you might have developed some scar tissue in the muscle which would make it stretch a little differently. Ask whomever you go to if that's something that should be taken into consideration.
