Start smoking and spend hours in a tanning salon. You'll caramelize in no time.

Agree with the above. Ignore the haters. Enjoy your youthful looks while you have them. They'll be gone before you know it. Just focus on what you and your partner have. Laugh when they say you look like you could be your partner's son and tell them "Really? Thanks for the compliment." It'll throw them off.

I've had full grown beards since I was ~17.
The reason he looks young is because of genetics.

EricLA is right. You have the rest of your life to look older, don't try to get there too soon!

After graduating early and starting to climb the corporate ladder, I grew a mustache and dressed to try to look older --- hoping to get more promotions that way. It helped. Sooner or later you'll be older anyway, and you might wonder why you worried so much about this. Just enjoy the age you are.

Try sticking your hand down his pants in public. Most people will look away. Problem solved.

I can totally understand where you are coming from. When I graduated from college, I could still pass for a high school kid..... there are advantages... LOL.

Seriously, time will catch up soon enough.. enjoy it while you can.

When I was 23, people thought I was 28-30. Now that I'm 28, people think I'm 23/24. It is what it is...

hmm... not date people 20 years older? I kid! But umm... a lot of perceived age is in mannerism and maturity.

Be patient. You will age with time. I was young and started a long term relationship with someone who was older than me as well. I had to put up with a lot of comments and stereotypes that they put on us about our relationship. They called him a chickenhawk and me a twinkie( those days are long gone for me lol). I remember once at halloween someone joked about us being dressed as 'father and son."

That stuff I just let it roll off my shoulders. What bothered me was when they were shocked that I paid my own way the whole time. I paid rent. I bought my own car. I bought the groceries, etc. They were shocked that my partner didnt pay for it all. I was too proud to let him do that and he had to much pride to be with someone who always expected a handout. I also got a college education and that taught them that I was a hard working person willing to make something of my life. Whatever you do in life, just be the best at it. Let your life be the example of what a good person you are , regardless of the age thing. People will take notice. My partner and I were very happy with each other regardless of what others said.

You cant stop others from making the comments they do or thinking those comments. Try to just relish the happiness of the relationship you have until time comes along and they realize that you are not just some pipsqueak.

When I say I look young, I mean I look young.

I guess I've matured enough for 13 year old girls to refer to me as sir now at my sister's school functions

but in the end I go to my unit and people tell me I'm such a sweet innocent kid, or like the guy who doesn't wanna admit that he's checking me out will pry and ask me a million questions about my age because he feels guilty for liking someone he assumes to be 17.

I don't grow much facial hair. I can grow a baby mustache, but couldn't grow a beard if my life depended on it. My boyfriend teased me last night because I've gone a long time without shaving and theres actually some peach fuzz on my chin now. Finally at 20, a month away from being 21 I've grown like 4 small strands of hair on my chin.

I say live it up. It use to bother me and sometimes it does. Especially when hanging out with friends from high school who all look so grown up. but I am reminded that even though I don't look it, I'm living the lifestyle.

I take it as a compliment now. I hope to be like my great aunts who are in their late 80s and early 90s but you'd swear they were in their 60s.

A lot of crystal meth, consumption of red meat, tanning and smoking will get you there in no time.

    Good luck!

There must be a very exciting dynamic between you and your guy and it sounds like you guys probably get a few laughs out of the situation.

If I were you, I wouldn't worry about. There's no use pretending the situation doesn't exist, so being oblivious about it would be forced. So treat it like an asset, not a liability, and enjoy the situation's uniqueness.

In fact, I would turn the whole situation to my advantage and play it up...have fun with it.
