Ok this is a bit of weird one, but I have this major problem sleeping in an empty house. I end up having to set up in the living room cuz I can't sleep in my own bed and sometimes icon_rolleyes.gif have to resort to leaving lights or tv on to fall asleep from boredome. Don't know what it is about but it's driving me nuts
    Any advice?

You need to get yourself a pillow boyfriend similar to this one:

try some lower body exercise before bedtime. They kinda dope you up...and you go right to sleep.. Lunges are good

Put some nice music on and take Vitamin B-6, Vitamin C, 5-HTP, L-Tryptophan, and Melatonin. You'll sleep like a baby.

Have a warm glass of milk, get naked, look at yourself in the mirror, massage your tummy. Massage your whole body. Do anything you want until you just can't stay awake any longer. You can't force sleep, it will come to you.icon_wink.gif

I used to be the same. I actually sleep with my bedroom door closed (even though I live alone) because then I don't think about the rest of the house.
