i am uncut, and whenever i try to do anything sexual with another guy, the head of my penis becomes too sensitive. I can masturbate with my foreskin covering the glans, but it's very uncomfortable for me to hndle the bare head. During oral or when aother guy is touching my penis, te ssensation are mildly pleasurable at best, but are usually uncomfortable and even painful. Has anyone else had this problem and/or know a solution? Advice would be MUCH appreciated.

I have a buddy [with benefits] who's in the same boat, everytime i try to pull back the skin he has an instant orgasm, however when it's his turn to be the top, the sex is AWSOME........
Our foreplay is limited somewhat because of his sensation but he seems to have no problem GUTTING me out when it's his turn..
    I get my turn thursday...hehehe......

Thanks for your concern, fellas, but I actually don't need to see a doctor. The head of uncut men are typically much more sensitive than those of cut men, but even so, sensitivity can span quite a range. I just happen to fall into the group of guys who have extreme sensitivity.

Anyone else have suggestions or advice?

A condom will reduce sensitivity. But of course some guys won't like giving oral on one. As was already suggested, an experienced guy should know how to deal with your sensitivity.

There are also desensitizing topical applications, not sure how effective they are, and again, might hinder oral sex.

TheGuyNextDoor saidYou need to find the right guy who knows how to handle the uncut cock properly and blow your mind... I'd love to trade you for the day just to feel the difference in sensitivity. I'm sure it's awesome. One uncut guy I know makes me stop the minute he starts to cum till he can handle my mouth or tongue going any further... Love the intensity of that orgasm. HOT!

No offence to cut guys, my question is do uncut guys then have better sex?

something must be defective with yours ...as a uncut male...the slightest touch drives me crazy....im really sensitive...being uncut i believe is responsible for making me have the most pleasurable sex ever...i dont understand why men who are born that way later opt for the surgery to remove the foreskin....

um.. being uncut I can tell you, that's not normal... And yes you should go see a doctor about it who will be able to tell you how to fix it.

southbeach1500 saidThere's no reason for him to go to a doctor.

That's the way it is SUPPOSED to be, believe it or not, all my cut American brothers.

Cut guys are so used to feeling practically nothing (and believe me, cut guys feel a small fraction of what an uncut guy feels) that anybody who actually gets overwhelming erotic feelings from their cock is deemed "not normal" in the USA.

My uncut friend, there are ways to manage your "condition".... when playing with your cock (or having someone else play with it), don't always focus on stimulating the head and the inner and outer foreskin. Also, keep away from the tip of the foreskin. That's the "ridged band" that contains tens of thousands of nerve endings.

Instead, concentrate on the shaft of the cock. There's practically no sensation there compared to the above mentioned areas.

Then, when it's time to cum, go ahead and turn your attention (or have your partner turn their attention) to your foreskin and the head of your cock.

Good luck finding research that supports your claims in a peer reviewed journal. You will, however, find plenty of research that says otherwise.

Go to a doctor Iron, it is not supposed to be painful. It is probably nothing, but having one check out the goods eliminates the possibility there is a physiological problem. At home, I would try playing with your glans unsheathed with plenty of lube. Find the right amount of pressure that works for you, it doesn't have to be the masturbatory death grip so many people use. And when playing with someone else, you have to direct them so they know how to pleasure you.

Here is the thing though, everyone has a different cock. Different things send them over the edge, other things do nothing for them at all. I can't do oral for long because I get way too sensitive, but other activities I can do all night long. What is true for me wont necessarily be true for you. Find what gets you off.

I used to have the same problem, it just went away once I started having sex more often. Still you should go see a doctor just in case.

I would say that you should consult a doctor. Your symptoms seem very unusual.

How would you know your Penis is more sensitive then a cut guy? Disagree with the bloke saying cut guys don't know what you are experiencing. Cut guys have had a life time dealing with that sensitivity. You admit you masturbate covering the glands so of course that new sensation is going to be intense. If you are positive that sensation is really pain then get your ass to a doctor. I don't give a shit if you have a enough skin hanging there to pull across the damn room. Pain is not something you should feel. If it's just intense sensitivity you need to change your masturbation techniques and start massaging and rubbing the fuck out of those glands. Drive yourself fucking wild with pleasure. You will get use to it. You won't kill that sensation you will deal with it.

I think I remember reading there are ointments and lotions to decrease sensitivity... meaning decrease of both good and bad feeling.

Try pulling down your foreskin and leave your penis uncovered for a while (like when you are at home watching tv). By getting your head exposed to the air more often, the uber sensitive parts will start building a resistance to the air and contact. You should also pull back the foreskin while you are in the shower touch your head while washing your body with soap. Again, as your penis gets used to this contact, the painful sensitivity sensation should subside. When an uncut guy gets circumsized, his head will still be sensitive for about three days (until the head gets used to the contact to clothing and the air).

southbeach1500 saidHmmm.... Your profile says you live in Hawaii, so at least you have a pretty good chance of running into another uncut guy like yourself who will have a much better idea how to pleasure an intact cock. If you lived on the USA mainland, it would be much more difficult to find an uncut guy since almost all of us mainland Americans are cut (with a few expections in general, such as Latinos and Asians - usually uncut).

I've found that cut guys don't have a clue (most of the time) how to handle an uncut cock... many times they manhandle it very roughly like they do their own and other cut guy's cock, because cut guys have the opposite problem that you do... they feel practically nothing compared to an uncut guy.

First off, I don't know where the hell you're getting your info from because you sound very one-sided. I've been with uncut guys and I've never had any problems pleasing them just because they have more skin than I do. And how do you know cut guys feel nothing compared an uncut guy? I know there are more nerve endings but mine is pretty damn sensitive even without the extra skin. It seems like you're really against guys that are cut. Or should I say, "American" guys that are cut. Get over it man. Each penis is different, cut or uncut.
