I feel like the New Topic whore tonight. But I've had a few glasses of wine and I think you guys are all very hot people. Hot damn, thank you for testosterone. So back to the question...

Do you feel you are hot, do you feel flattered, do you feel...what?

    mildly disinterested and turned off

I prefer a guy flirt with me and be playful then come out and tell me I'm hot, you can get the message across without saying the words..

    If I think he's hot, I love it, if I don't, I don't

Always complimented and always say "thanks".... but it means more when someone compliments me based on who I am as a person. They've taken the time to compliment me based on knowledge, not just an observation.

I think you're hot, and I mean that cause I watched your videos and seen you getting your groove on. What more can we say to appreciate someone we have never met or talked with on the phone. I take it, or I mean it, as my highest regard for your being an attractive person that gots it goin' ON.

I feel they have led a sheltered life and should get out more. See the world, that stuff.

Then I feel terrible that they canĀ“t afford health insurance to get new glasses

I'd rather someone tell me my way of talking about lofty ideals like peace in the Middle East and such is hot. It means a lot more to me when it's something ABOUT you that's hot more than your body or a body part.

I remember a guy in Canada, an extremely awesome-looking man, who always posted pics of himself shirtless on my website. Yet when people complimented on his hot looks, he got offended that they didn't take the other things he was into. And I kept telling him, if that is what is more important to you, then don't flaunt your body. You are asking for a response, but then angry that people respond in the wrong way.

    Your thoughts?

I find any compliment flattering. Someone likes my eyes...I say thank you.

Someone says I have a nice personality....I say thank you.

Why anyone would have trouble with someone calling them HOT is beyond me.

When I'm not wearing a shirt, some guys who see me, go ga-ga.
But, if I'm wearing a shirt, I might as well be invisible.

So, no, I don't really feel that I am hot.
And, I certainly do feel flattered if somebody thinks I'm hot.

Oh my god, dude, sir, how can we convince you that you are hot? I mean look at me, I'm toned. That is like a 2 on the 1-10 scale. I could breed in the gaps between your pecs. And I am Irish, I will never tan that well.

Suffice it to say, embrace your hottness.

Its so HOT when a guy never says you are hot but does everything that shows you he thinks you are.

Its so not HOT when all a guy can say is YOUR HOT.

Yeah, "H O T" seems analogous with "I WANNA FUCK U." It's not a compliment, it's more of an assertion of what that person wants to do with you.

I am so hot that's... all they want is for me to fuck em or let them suck me....gee.....what a life...icon_twisted.gif

I actually want a real hot BF and looks are only a part of hot...I love a HOT seductive mind more than anything!!

Seduce me and I am yours for life...

Uncomfortable. I feel like if I accept it, I'll be lying to myself. If I don't, he'll think I'm fishing for more.

    I sidestep it.

I know my looks play a big part, I prefer for a guy to pretend to be more interested in my mind.

Plus I look so boyish I'm more use to being called cute or handsom instead of hot, so I always question if there are any hidden agendas.

I see it as a simple compliment. However, I don't really get caught up in it at this stage of my life b/c for every person who thinks I'm hot, there are 5 more who think otherwise. It's really all about how I feel about myself. I usually say thanks even when someone provides a compliment, but it doesn't go beyond that.
