working out on travel

    i am traveling for the next ten days and would still like to keep up with my work outs. i brought my resistance tubes and push up handle bars, but is there any more work outs i can do without using the gym hotel? help me out. i will be traveling thru vegas, LA, SF, then LA and vegas again before i go back to texas.

    Sounds like you have basics, but why are you trying to avoid the fitness room at the hotel? icon_question.gif

    Several exercies you can using just your bodyweight: different types of push-up variation, single leg squats, etc. I actually find going out of town forces me to mix things up more and be more creative with my workouts.

    Adding weight to a chair (packing a backback, and attaching it to the back of seat) is a great way to workout your back.

    Lift the chair with your arms held straight-out, and return slowly.
