I have been working out everyday for a very long time, and I know quite a few excersizes, but I'm getting rather bored. I'd like some new ideas and to see what people have to say, post some of your favorite excersizes here (lifting).

    Ill start

pull-ups, leg lifts, 2 person abs w/ medicine ball, squats

Latley, I've been getting into using the pulley systems. You can do all sorts of exercises, standing, sitting or kneeling and you can adjust the height of the cables to very specifically target an area of your body that you want to stretch or work.

And if standing, I place a pilates ring between my knees to keep the resistance constant from my hands all the way down to my feet.
Cables also provide a full range of motion and help develop a more fluid and relaxed physique, so you avoid that bulked up puffy stiff look.

Using the medicine ball and other free body exercises are also fantastic. Helps with flexibility and loosening up.

those are all pretty sweet excersize, but unfortunately nothing new to me haha. I need to find some like unique excersizes to learn, i started doing a cool ab/chest/shoulder workout on the decline

you grab a 45 disc, and hold it by the handles on the decline.. do a sit up, but as you come up instead of holding it stationary you lift it above your head, parralel to the ground. works arms, chest a little, abs hard, shoulders hard. it's fun. ill call it the shit-up

I do that with a 30 lb dumbell . And I do those back hyperextentions using a 40 lb dumbell, keeping it above my head. Works everything.
