Would you rather be the "cook", or would you rather be the "clean up guy".

I am one of those guys that can eat the same thing day in and day out when I am by myself. If I was having a guy over for a date, I can make about 10 good meals. But I don't love to cook. I would rather eat a great meal prepared by someone else who really enjoys cooking. I would do the clean up.

BUT.....
I like efficient guys who cook and kind of tidy up as they go along...you know what I mean? Much better than the guys who make a complete sloppy messes in the kitchen.

What about you?

Cook or clean up?

Clean

When I'm left on my own, I revert to bad eating habits.

Cook. Nothing beats creating something new and seeing the man you love enjoy it. My boyfriend said few things show him how much I love him as when he comes home to a good meal made by me. I also clean as I go along and after. The kitchen is my domain.

Baldone and saguaroman you both sound so dreamy.
I am the guy that loves to have someone to cook for me...I am so easy I eat everything and am so appreciative. Plus you both clean up as you go along!
What else does a guy need?

Neither.

This is why I'm single.

I'm a good cook. It certainly would be great to have a clean up partner to help me along.

Great. We'll start off with a salad. I'll be sure to make it a tossed one just for you.

Tossing as we speak!

Speaking of salads I just made myself a big bucket of salad.

Spinach leaves, freshly sliced apples, fresh red onion, some dried cranberries, a splash of feta cheese and some low fat ranch dressing. It was delicious!

I especially like the red and orange ones but have perpetual disdain for the yellow. I think it must be a cheap color to make because the bags are always littered with yellow.

LOL...as I recall I think I like the pink ones. Yeah I know...queeny of me but they taste great.

I know my way around the kitchen. I'm decent with a spice rack and a gas stove. On the other hand, I hate messing with soap and water. I most certainly can't be the clean-up guy.

COOK, COOK, COOK!

Neither. I like quick clean meals. The quicker it is to finish eating, the better. Hence why I like sandwiches, cookies, pizza, etc.
Aug 09, 2009 9:18 AM GMT
Both.
