They all seems to have lots of sugar. Any sugar free energy booster drinks that actually work?
Tall_Drink_of_Water said6-8 hours of sleep each night is the best, natural energy drink...plus a 20-30 min. power-nap during the day. ;-)
Also, I find that eating a piece of fruit, such as a banana, before a workout is all I need to get pumped up. The energy drink companies want us to forget that we can get great calories/energy from simple, cheap fruit and veggies.
