They all seems to have lots of sugar. Any sugar free energy booster drinks that actually work?

They make a sugar free version of Red Bull. I've tried it and it tastes pretty bad. But it still has the energy kick.

Also, Vitamin Water Energy has both regular and "10 calorie" versions. The regular version doesn't have too much sugar to begin with. Both taste great. But I feel it doesn't have the same amount of kick as Red Bull.

Coffee. One cup of coffee has about 200 mg of caffeine. Not too pleasant to drink in the summer. Also gives you bad breath. icon_lol.gif

Monster is kinda tasty, but Venom has the best bang for your buck. I haven't tasted the different flavors of the sugared variety, but Mojave Rattler is the sugar free version and quite tasty.

6-8 hours of sleep each night is the best, natural energy drink...plus a 20-30 min. power-nap during the day. ;-)

Also, I find that eating a piece of fruit, such as a banana, before a workout is all I need to get pumped up. The energy drink companies want us to forget that we can get great calories/energy from simple, cheap fruit and veggies.

I watched an episode of MSNBC where they researched energy drinks. They are of course horrible on your body leading to headaches, stomach problems, and other health issues.

One of my guys that works for me drinks a 6 pack of red bull a day. That following Friday his wife calls me saying she had to admit him to the hospital because his appendix ruptured.

    Considense?

I wouldn't actually recommend drinking any artificial sweetener products. The body processes sugar much better and performs much better with sugar.

Considering a typical energy drink is around 130cal, that's not much too worry about.

Caffeine screws with the heart rate, so just stick to sugar water.

Shocking but true, sugar is a necessary part of a well-balanced diet.

Finding a natural herbal euphoric enhancer hasn't been easy for me. I tried so many of them and they just didn't cut it - most of them as you would imagine, are not that effective. when I heard about MindGasm Shot I thought another ineffective product, but I was shocked - this euphoric enhancer really is great. Need to work on the taste a bit, but it mixes easily with water. Shipping was great - didn't have to wait to long once order was placed and it comes in a powder form with cool packaging.

I'm not one for beating around the bush - this product was o'kay, better than most energy boosters. What I lilked about Crank Powder (http://www.narcomundo.com/legal-drugs/natural-stimulants/crank-powder/) is the fact that it enabled me to stay up all night. I like to party at clubs and then go right to the beach for more partying and you can't do that without help. It comes in a package, powdered form and mixes well with juice or water, but I prefer juice.

FRS Energy drink or their chewable candies.

Ofcourse I just thought of it because their advertisement is on this page at the moment. FRS makes a sugarfree too but I have a bad reaction to any of the artificial sweeteners I've tried. Sugar in moderation is fine for me.

The BEST energy supplement I've found is 'PROCOSANOID'. I get atleast a 2-hour sustained boost from it, enough for heavylifting and mad cardio workout. And afterwards I don't crash.

But your own reaction to any product can be so very different. My advice is to stop taking anything that gives you a headache or stomach upset, no matter how big a rush you had from it.

    NO!

Energy drinks are BAD!!! Sugar free is even worse, ASPERTAINE!
Those of you who buy Rockstar and Monster energy drinks support Savage!!!!! That hatemonger loves that you buy his product and fuel his homophobic tirades!!!
My best friend's older brother went to a doctor for chest pains, the doctor told him he was in danger of having a heart attack (at twenty one years of age) if he continued to drink Red Bull. Aside from all the negative effects on your health energy drinks cause, heart murmors, etc, why would you drink them when you could just have some orange juice or organic peanut butter?????

SHUT UP!! ENERGY DRINKS ARE BAD!!! DOESN'T ANYONE NOTICE THIS?!
I FEEL LIKE IM TAKING CRAZY PILLS!

Actually it's Rock Star that is owned by lunatic fringe conservative Michael Savage. Nonetheless, the passion fruit Rock Stars are borderline amazing.

My vote would be for water. It's natural, and keeps the body happy.

Don't want to start debate, but I don't have a lot of faith in these 'energy drinks.' I'll have an apple/banana/orange or a small serving or almonds or something, with a glass of water.
