They all seems to have lots of sugar. Any sugar free energy booster drinks that actually work?

They make a sugar free version of Red Bull. I've tried it and it tastes pretty bad. But it still has the energy kick.

Also, Vitamin Water Energy has both regular and "10 calorie" versions. The regular version doesn't have too much sugar to begin with. Both taste great. But I feel it doesn't have the same amount of kick as Red Bull.

Coffee. One cup of coffee has about 200 mg of caffeine. Not too pleasant to drink in the summer. Also gives you bad breath.

Monster is kinda tasty, but Venom has the best bang for your buck. I haven't tasted the different flavors of the sugared variety, but Mojave Rattler is the sugar free version and quite tasty.

6-8 hours of sleep each night is the best, natural energy drink...plus a 20-30 min. power-nap during the day. ;-)

Also, I find that eating a piece of fruit, such as a banana, before a workout is all I need to get pumped up. The energy drink companies want us to forget that we can get great calories/energy from simple, cheap fruit and veggies.

I watched an episode of MSNBC where they researched energy drinks. They are of course horrible on your body leading to headaches, stomach problems, and other health issues.

One of my guys that works for me drinks a 6 pack of red bull a day. That following Friday his wife calls me saying she had to admit him to the hospital because his appendix ruptured.

Considense?

I wouldn't actually recommend drinking any artificial sweetener products. The body processes sugar much better and performs much better with sugar.

Considering a typical energy drink is around 130cal, that's not much too worry about.

Caffeine screws with the heart rate, so just stick to sugar water.

Shocking but true, sugar is a necessary part of a well-balanced diet.

Finding a natural herbal euphoric enhancer hasn't been easy for me. I tried so many of them and they just didn't cut it - most of them as you would imagine, are not that effective. when I heard about MindGasm Shot I thought another ineffective product, but I was shocked - this euphoric enhancer really is great. Need to work on the taste a bit, but it mixes easily with water. Shipping was great - didn't have to wait to long once order was placed and it comes in a powder form with cool packaging.
