Hey so I've just gained weight and now I have a nice bubble butt, but I want to lose back the fat from other area of the body.

What do you guys suggest me to do? Is there a way for me to lose fat but keep my bubble butt due to the weight gain? I'd really appreciate it icon_smile.gificon_smile.gif

I had a nice little plump butt, however, after dropping from 158 to 140, I've lost some of it. Squat, hack squat, front squat, lunges, Romanian dead lifts and leg curls are your friends. Make them your best...if ya want to keep the junk!

Steps and stair master is usually a good bet for cardio whilst stimulating the glutes.

maybe i am mistaken, but i don't think a bubble butt is much when is bubbly from fat... i found asses far more enticing when they're large because of muscle. i say lose the weight and the butt and doing some exercises to make the muscles in your gluts grow.

amen! I would suggest giving barbell lunges a try, they always give me a great workout. Try doing them in a smith rack if available, so you don't have to worry so much about balance.

Lunges are great, just make sure if you want to build mass in your a$$ that you are using heavy enough weights.

I also like the 3-point squat sets....One rep is:

    * Quarter squat (go quarter of the way down) and then return to starting position.

    * Full squat - go to the regular squat position and then return to starting position.

*Deep squat - go about a quarter deeper than a full squat and then return to the starting position.

Do around 8 or so "reps" with decent rate and your butt will be on fire!

    Good luck!
