i had posted this topic earlier also but would like to know more as to how many meals should I consume to increase my muscle weight?
My weight is 62 kgs and my height is 5.8 inches. People have suggested me to eat small meals throughout the day , but can someone help me to tell me the quantity of each meal and wht should be the time interval between each meal.

6 meals a day, and the amount will depend on the number of calories you wish to burn, amount of protein you wish to consume, etc.
Note: while I understand metric, I think most people on here do not, you may want to use an online converter to change numbers in pounds and inches. Just a suggestion.

I use my daily plate.com to figure my daily caloric intake based on losing 1 lb of fat a week. I go for about 2300 calories with 150 to 200 grams of that being protein (depending on if that is a weight workout day or not)
