I don't like gyms. I've tried them but ended up being $120 poorer and too damn distracted. Now I live too far away from one and still want to get rid of this inflatable tube around my gut. Is there any workout programs that can be done AT HOME without purchasing $$$$ of equipment?

And if you're looking to burn fat in your case, you really need to pay attention to your diet not just a workout regimen. You need to burn more calories than you're taking in if you want to get rid of that spare tire. P90X supposedly has a good diet plan, though many people don't have time to follow it.

Haha, I was being generous, but your take might be more accurate. I'm not much of a cook, so I'm not sure I'd follow it.

How do you deal with the hunger associated with dieting? Just deal for a week and hope it eventually goes away. icon_lol.gif

no no no no no no no no no

If you are hungry like that you are starving, not engaging in a healthy eating regime. You may get odd cravings in the first week or so, but if you are hungry in your diet then you are doing it wrong. Really.
