I was just wondering where you all first noticed your hard work in the gym. For me, I first saw it in my sholders. I saw the striations comming through and they were looking more 'cannon ball' like. Later, I noticed that my arms were getting thicker and more solid. My legs have always been big due to all the excess weight I've carried around all my life, but I've really noticed my hammys comming out. My chest still needs to respond, but I'm working on it.
