Need advice.

    I spoke to a personal trainer yesterday. I told her that my goal is to firm up my stomach, and to build up a little. I need work on my legs and butt. My legs are skinny. It is a family gift. The guys in my family have nice bubble butts until we get older. It seems in the middle to late 50's they seem to go away. The skinny legs are the norm for us guys. I want gain strength physically and cardiovascularly. This is the routine she gave me. Please let me know what you think and give me advice on what I should do. Thank you so much, George

    Work out Program
    Tuesdays and Fridays - Alternate Upper Body and Lower Body exercises

    Bench Press – 2x15 @ Max

    Leg Press - 2x15 @ Max

    Seated Row - 2x15 @ Max

    Leg Curl - 2x15 @ Max

    Shoulder Press - 2x15 @ Max

    Leg Extension - 2x15 @ Max

    Bicep Curl - 2x15 @ Max

    Calf Extensions - 2x15 @ Max

    Triceps Pushdown - 2x15 @ Max

    Abs Crunch - 2x15 @ Max

    Rest period – 30 seconds


    Monday and Wednesday – Cardio

    Monday – Low Impact Cardio – variable equipment – 1hr each day

    Wednesday – High Impact Cardio

    Saturday and Sunday

    30 min express

    army dude is right. squat and dead lifts are the absolute best for strenght training
