Looking for the perfect worout routine for a diver

    This is my third year diving. I do sit-ups crunches, leg lifts, push-ups and all the basic stuff but I don't do much weight because I'm afraid to lose my flexibility because of bulking up too much. I'd like to see more muscle tone while still remaining slender and flexible.
    Any one got a plan that is doing that for them?
