I have used creatine from time to time and find that it works well for me. However, the side effects, bloating and digestive upsets are intolerable. I have read a lot about Kre-Alkalyn and am thinking of trying it. Anyone have any experience with this product? Thanks!

For a small bottle of Kre-alkaline it's like 15 bucks. I guess if you have that much to burn it's not a big investment. I used it off and on for a year after trying regular creatine. The regular creatine gave me stomach cramps, bloating, gas, and possibly kidney stones. Kre-alkaline did none of these things, but then again it didn't seem to help me put on any muscle either. My favorite pre-workout supplement without caffeine is Hemodraulix. While I'm taking it, it actually seems to help me put on muscle without bloating or gaining fat.

Postscript on Kre-Alkalyn. As advertised, it does not cause any digestive upset or bloating.
