Balancing Weight Training and Cardio

    Hey guys,

    I'm a swimmer and I'm in the pool for about 45 - 60 min, 5-6 times per week. I'm 5'11" and see-saw between 150-155 lbs. I'd like to gain 10 more lbs of muscle without adding fat. I'm trying to lift 3 x week and do all the muscle groups. Am I doing too much cardio to gain the weight I want? I already eat like crazy and drink a whey protein shake before and after lifting. Suggestions or comments most welcome.
