I was on week 4 of the 12 week muscle building program and took a trip to the dominican with a friend, with EVERY intention of eating a proper balanced diet, taking my usual supplements, and working out everyday provided the resort had a gym.

Needless to say my holiday was a Caribbean nightmare.

My stomach could not handle the food, i was pretty much sick the whole time. I had no appetite and probably ate about 1/4 of my usual 5000 calories a day. I just got back and am recovering, I'm wondering if I should pick up where I left off or just start the program over?
