    Ok, So I am working out I need to know if it would be better to train with a routine that targets body groups daily or a full body workout routine. I am training for endurance and strenght so I can do physicaly demanding jobs like swat or something. and also would it be a good idea to take Nitro-tech or whey protien for the increasing strenght and endurance in these demanding jobs?icon_question.gif

    MuscleTech products (ie. NitroTech) are horribly overpriced for what they are. Generally getting a baisic Whey (for example ON 100% Whey) is a good low cal/low sugar option. Though it depends on WHEN you need/want to take it. PWO, you'd want to add some sugar.


    Your question is a bit broad brushed, even though you state you want endurance. Hows your existing fitness? How often are you going to the gym? What are you currently doing at the gym?
