What is it about landscapers that makes them so attractive?

I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks this so I wanted to throw it out to the forums. Is anyone else find landscapers incredibly attractive? There are a few things they generally have going for them. They're tan, well built, and usually shirtless or in sleeveless shirts.

Summer is coming to an end and I'll miss seeing them as I drive around town. Every time I pass one or a group by I can't help but stare. Even ones that are only moderately cute in other situations suddenly become Adonises simply because they're pushing a lawn mower.

Anyone else feel the same way?

Well you're lucky. The ones i've been seeing are old and fat and dirty!

But then i do see this hot guy who lives across the street from me; one time he was mowing the lawn shirtless, and got broad shoulders, sixpack and some chest hair! Yummy!....

Let me rephrase: "What is it about my sexual attraction to landscapers that makes landscapers so sexually attractive?"

Thank you, good night everybody! icon_wink.gif

The only ones I've been attracted to were on Desperate Housewives.

The guy whose pic you post doesn't do much for me. Nice body, yes. Face is okay. Can't say I get tingly.

Maybe it's the sort of pool boy, UPS or other delivery guy kind of fantasy you have for landscapers?

That guy is far too pale to be ridding around shirtless on a lawnmower all summer!

    I call Shenanigans!

Love mowing, landscaping, working with flowers & trees. Just finished a quick mow on my frontyard... always mow shirtless... really enjoy it.
Maybe it shows on most landscapers....

Gonna HAVE to agree with MichVB-- I have much better odds layin down some drool when I pass a grass cuttin dude vs. lots of other stereotypes of working guys. Yeah, I am disappointed from time to time, but the eye candy odds are with me!

The attraction for me is in the thin bods, nice tans, and they are not ripped but more just generally thin and cut in perfect proportions. Plus, it is not a profession where one comes across as being cocky. I love low-key guys !

Guess you can say they fit many of my favorite qualities and I just didn't know it.

. His bod in this pic is hot, face - not so much. (that's just me)
. I think, gay guys, in general, find masculine careers (such as Landscaping) is much more HOT than let's say (hairdressing) icon_rolleyes.gificon_confused.gif I mean my personal opinion is - as long as you're happy doing what you're doing - even if you're an Actor/Waiter waiting for a big break and you take care of your body/health/mind/soul - that all it matters really.

For me, it's any outdoor labourer. The workboots, denim/duckpants, and tee, tank, or if I'm lucky shirtless look is a turn on. The tan and the sweat helps too! icon_smile.gif

They are ususally young guys in their late teens and early 20's. They work outside all day long in the fresh air and sun. They get a good workout from just working. icon_cool.gif

Landscaper here, Ill have to get some of my sweaty lawnmower pictures up in my profile.

Landscaping is great. I have built in cardio during the months of March to December and can get away with not having an overly clean diet. I burn huge amounts of calories through all the walking and my metabolism is through the roof. Toughest part is trying to keep properly hydrated. Its been hot here for the past couple weeks and Im living in sweat and dirt.

I know some people arent into tans but I love the one I get from working outside all day. It has its drawbacks...you are always dirty, you have to work in the rain, and you have to work weekends and sometimes its all I can do to get into the gym for a workout after a long day of physical work. But I do have off Jan through most of March so thats good except then its snowplowing time

My boyfriend freaks out anytime he is sweating just a little bit. I chuckle because he would not more than an hour doing my work.

Out here in NJ, most of the landscapers are actually Costa Rican/Mexican guys but the owners are fat white guys who dont do the hands on work but every now and then I catch a hot young college guy showing some skin

A genuine landscaper, gardener and people working with shovel, hoe, and lawnmachine usually have a very rough strong hand (especially if they dont put the glove on). That really turn me on. I have been with guys working in construction site , farmer and maintenance person, even holding their hand get me all excited. As a guy who work in the office I rarely have chance to meet this people. You could just feel their manliness just by shaking their hand. Eventhough they are overweight and out of shape, they usually have a lot of strength that are so butch , manly and sexy.

Wow you just described my hands, and after ten years of digging with a shovel, into rock and clay, some amazing big deep holes and trenches I dug out, and then remove by wheelbarrow, what I took out, to go and fill with good garden mix soil (maybe it's because I'm an Aussie, I'm such a good digger), my hands have also growen; but they do nothing for my, and i touch myself all the time.

That's a great pic--he's the type of guy that if I got to know better and liked his personality, he would be the perfect catch, haha!
