I am working out regularly and doing protein shakes, and still not really putting weight on. It has only been 4 months and I can see muscle development that I do like but still no weight gain. What should I be eating and/or doing to get that weight on?

Beer and pizza little pictureless Dude! ROFL. Eat until it hurts..>DUH.

    Seriously...

this question has been answered on this site no less than three times, that I know of.

Check your blood...get a CMP, Testosterone, and thyroid done. If they ain't messed up, you're not eating enough. While it's hard to tell on a pictureless, likely you're just not eating enough.

Get some confidence. Start taking pictures to document your progress.

Serious Mass has a BUTTLOAD of sugar.

I have two bags of it in the other room.

Take that and something is bound to happen.

You'll either get fat, or bigger, or both.

I thought I had a picture up, but apparently I marked it as private.
