So, been going to the gym since march 15th this year, have been working out and eating very very very regularly (getting crazy from all the food:roll. I must point out that for the first two months I didn't really experience any gains cause I wanted to lose some fat first and get used to training, so I was eating perhaps a little under maintenance. I've been bulking up for the last let's say 8-9 weeks. I'm 174 cm tall, I started out at about 71-72 kg (more like 69 if you take in cound the extra food in my belly and some water), now when I weigh myself in the morning it's 82 kg (again, take in count that I'm stuffed with food from the day before). I must also point out that when I started I had virtually no muscle because I had undergone dieting before that and had lost a lot of weight (by not eating properly, not exercise... not I know better...) and had also had mononucleosis in january this year. I've been eating about 3200-3400 kcal at first, now it's probably gone up to 3700 daily. I'm really lucky that I haven't really gained that much fat. I concentrated mostly on my upper body, doing legs only on occasion because I have genetically very strong legs and didn't want to overbulk them. I can still fit in the same pants I could fit into when I started bulking, perhaps they're a little tighter, but shirts have gone from a small to medium/large. I must point out that I do want to be big in the end (probably cause I'm tired of being skinny), but still not too big, more lean towards big. As I am not sure if I'm big enough (can't really see myself from a right perspective and always feel it's not enough, probably some issues with my self-image there but it'll go away eventually...) to start cutting and if it'll end up looking like I would like it to look, I'm asking you.
