How goes it guys? So I've reached a pretty critical point in my fitness level and its time to change. I'm 6'3 and about 240 pounds, a pretty solid guy. My goal is to get down to about 210-215 within the next 6 months. I would be very happy with that weight. I grew up swimming so I hope to integrate that someway. My question for all of you fitness studs out there is how to I get started as far workouts, cardio and nutrition go? How should I divide my time between cardio and weight training and how often? What foods should I absolutely avoid, and what should I ad in my diet? I'm moving to London in May and I want to start my new life with a good body. So what kind of advice can you all offer me? And is there anyone out there who is willing to take me under their buff wing? haha. Thanks guys.
