I just started using N.O. Explode the other day so far I think I like it - friends are using N.O. Fury but I couldnt find it so i got Explode instead - gonna try and get Fury today and mix it up to see which one I prefer Ill let you know. Explode is 35 cal per scoop up to 3 pre-workout - it has a nice hit of caffeine so it might be tolerated by all.. I felt like the Hulk on crank though with it and I had pressured speech like I was in a manic episode...lol
I think N.o fury is a six star muscle product which you cam get at walmart for a heck of a lot cheaper than N.o xplode. I like no xplode but I prefer superpump by gaspari, but I know some guys who get the runs when they take superpump and guys who got sick in their stomachs with no xplode even after they adjusted to it. I was told from a friend that caffine constrics blood flow yet nitric oxide products increases it so I wonder how good for you no xplode can be. I think it would be like redbull and vodka which isn't good for you since it's an upper and a downer at the same time. Anyway I like superpump a little more cuz I can feel the pump more but that's my opinion definitely try and see what works for you
im ALL for superpump, it works really well, i can be totally sluggish before i take it, and im all pumped up a good half hour afterwards, and i really do get better pumps and more vascularity when im using it!
SuperPump, NO Xplode, Black Powder have all worked for me. I've found that it's good to cycle through a couple of different pre-workout supps to keep my body from adapting to them. Cgjock probably has the best advice though. Making your own custom blend will likely give you ultimately the best results.
