Ab workouts?????

    Got a couple of questions here;

    What AB exercises do you do?

    What are the best ways to get a good AB workout in especially the lower?

    For lower abs, I like doing leg lowering with a stability ball between my legs and hanging leg raises. Other exercises i like are crunches on the stability ball, planks, side crunch. russian twists on the decline bench, to name a few.

    I know on the P90x system their is a move in 1 of the videos where you are in almost a push-up position and I think it's called an "under the wall crawl" but basically you push your head towards the floor and move your body as if you were going under a wall and then once you'd get all the way through you'd move your body as if you'd had to go back under. All I know is it works haha and it's 1 of my fav moves to do!
