So, I read a lot of articles out there about only going to the gym for 30-60 (at the most) minutes a day for 3~ days a week, but several people state that they go for hours, sometimes twice a day and they look great. When you guys first started out did you go to the gym as often as you do now? or did you follow what the books/articles say? They say if you overtrain your muscles shrink.. but why haven't theirs?
