Somebody not so long ago posted a link to a download for a program that counted calories (I'm pretty sure that’s what it was for) I am so annoyed I didn't bookmark it. If anyone knows the link or saw the topic please post.

If anybody knows of any other fitness or health related Windows or Mac based programs please post.

Well, it's not a download, but the free online service at www.fitday.com will let you enter in food, including custom defined-foods, save your entries and track your calories that way, anywhere you have access to the web.

And if you're looking for a web-based alternative to FitDay, check out MyFoodDiary.com. I've never used FitDay but I've used the food diary on and off, depending on my goals for the quarter.
