    Looks like an Improv Everywhere mission. They did something similar a couple of years back when they "froze" in Central Station in NYC.

    Here's a similar event in Copenhagen central station.

    Not as cool and surprising choreography as the one in belgium, but still a nice surprise in the middle of morning traffic.

    The funniest part of his comment is, if he wants all 4 minutes back, then it must have never occurred to him to press STOP? Well, he does have no head so I guess it should come as no surprise that he's lacking in brains.

    My guess is, his wife LOVES the Sound of Music so it grates on him for other reasons.
