For those who have iPods, Zune's, MP3 Players, CD players and others electronics alike. What type of music do you have on your personal play list when you're working out? Mine ranges from hip-hop to rock, metal to dance and so on, share what you got icon_biggrin.gif

I only listen to my own music when doing cardio, and then it's usually dance music or dance remixes.

When I'm a doing Cardio work out, I like to listen to pop, Top 40 (for sit-ups or squats), dance and dance remixes. But when I'm on the bench or in the gym using the machines its all Rap, Hip-Hop, Metal or Rock. Really gets you pumped! Also, lots of Black Eyed Peas icon_biggrin.gif

I use the gym as time to preview songs for my next set. Usually it depends what I am working on. Its weird that I naturally tend to listen to specif types of house when I am going through my sets. Guess I am weird. Gym music is just too all over the place.

Chest and back - harder electro
    Abs - light funky house
Arms and shoulders - stompy chicago house
Legs - fluid fast vocal big room house

Cardio - I have to have a well mixed CD - keeps my momentum and flow going. Usually I just play my last set.
