Recently i started a second job for the fall. I had this job in the fall last year (its a seasonal coaching job). Last year my workouts suffered due to exhaustion and lack of energy when I had this job also. Despite my committment to keep my workouts up this year I have failed to complete them when I go to the gym. Frankly I battle exhaustion. The only thing that works is to get up very early once or twice a week to get it in. I am considering training only recreationally until the job is over. This is a bummer in a way since i consider myself a dedicated bodybuilder. I never thought it would happen to me. Anyone else ever gone through something like this?
