Getting back in the gym after some knee issues. As a result of that and other stress gained a lot of weight and up to 240. Want to get back down to around 185-195 but also gain some muscle mass in my arms and chest (legs always seem to come easier... damn them.. LOL). Doing cardio 2 times a week right now. Also doing some weight work 3 times a week. Pondering increasing the cardio to 3 times a week. That consists of the elliptical as it so far has been the most comfortable in terms of my knee (spider bite dead center- think the venom got in the joint and did some damage). Any advice is appreciated.
