I used to have around 15% of body fat and have worked really hard to get it down. I'm now 12% body fat which is that much of a change but at least its progress. I know that gaining lean muscle mass is a key factor in helping to burn fat. I'm wondering should I focus on bulking or cutting to help me lose the last bit of body fat? Getting down to 8% would be great but I'd be happy at 9% or 10%. I kind of want to bulk but wanted to ask for your opinions first. Thanks for any feedback!
