sardines

    ok i just finished using whey protein but i feel bloated. I notice this is what happens whenever i continue using whey protein. A friend of mines suggested i go all natural with sardines as a muscle building alternate. will sardines help me build more muscle and get me toner?

    How much protein is in a can of sardines.... Are you really going to eat a dozen cans of sardines a day

    Find a protein powder that doesn't make you bloated.

    I'm sure sardines have some good nutritional properties, but I don't think you should use them as your main source of protein. Plus, I would think you'd get some pretty bad breath. icon_lol.gif

    Bloat is pretty common from whey protein concentrate. It is much less common with whey protein isolate. I know when I switched I stopped farting every fifteen minutes.
