Workout Programs....

    Hey Gang-

    I'm looking to see if you can point me in the direction of some nice building muscle routines that won't keep me in the gym for 2 hours. I'm not the biggest fan of the couple promoted on here because they take very long... I've tried..

    any direction would be fantastic!!

    And remember...Labor Day is over so no white!! ;)

    I think the RJ crowd could quickly and easily inundate you with suggestions that meet your specs...

    I'll start -

    PUSH-UPS

    Don't underestimate the power of the push-up.
    Especially in terms of speed to exhaust your body and promote growth and strength...without having to spend a lot of time!
