I see some guys with really defined "V" and some with subtle "V". I am not sure if there is a special exercise for it or not but if there is please tell me.icon_biggrin.gif

For your abs.. Diet. You have to watch what you eat. And of course, exercise. There are lots of ab exercises you can do. But keep it simple. If you want to target your lower abs and bring out your "Apollo's belt", try these..

    - hanging leg raises
    - flutter kicks

    For your lats..

    Do pull-ups.

That's also largely genetic. I've known several guys with incredibly low bodyfat and good muscle development who've been completely unable to get Adonis Wings up to their liking.

I need to change clothes. That wet spot that just appeared would not be appropriate at work.

    Everybody's ab configuration is different.
Only some guys can end up with that "V" shape.

Anybody can get the back (lats) "V" shape by doing wide grip pull ups in front of your body.

The guy in the picture is flexing- similarly, I have that V when I want to have it... I do have low body fat, but.... learning to control your muscles helps to make it really pop. Usually if you flex the very center of your abs right above the pubic bone, and relax the ones on the outside..... it pops out more.

Also, working on your obliques helps create the full effect....

I dont know too many guys who have that without flexing but I'm sure they exist somewhere on this site.....

Now, don't get all cranky. The best thing for you is to (regulars know what I'm going to say) EAT. You can't have a "V" if you're only 125 pounds. You're starving. Look at your arms. There's NO WAY that you're gonna' make gains the way you are going. You're just skin and bones.

Now, that being said, you need to do balanced workouts. In particular, you can do side lateral raises (broader shoulders, and pullups (through a FULL range of motion), or lat pulldowns to the front, along with a few pullovers.

More than anything you just need to get some weight on.
